“The doctors themselves seemed pretty good but I’m giving 1 star in hopes the office either fires, re-trains, or provides help to the receptionist staff. Today I called the office literally all day and not a single time was my phone call picked up. I understand the office might get busy but I specifically called at all hours of the day, from 10am all the way to 4:30pm and left numerous messages but never talked to an actual person or received a call back. This is abysmal and atrocious customer service experience. If this is how they treat customers on the phone, I have no interest in doing business with them or allowing them to tend to my health needs. They absolutely lost a customer today. EDIT: It looks like they made some changes to their staff, if not the people, than the policies. As usual, the Nurse Practitioner Jacqueline is outstanding and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have even thought of giving this place another shot. She alone is worth 5 stars but since previous inadequacies cannot be ignored, I’ll give this office 4 stars.”
