“A few years ago I was on the brink of losing my battle with chronic pain. My condition was brought on by a very complex disease. I had all but given up hope until I met the doctors at the Prospira PainCare Center. One of these doctors is Doctor Tatyana Stepanenko with the Advanced Interventional Pain Clinic. Her professionalism is only matched by her empathy. What I appreciate about her is she does not rely on opioids as the first line of defense in treating chronic pain. She has many tools at her disposal but epidurals have been a game changer for me. I have had many epidurals and not once did I have a bad experience with her. Thank you Dr. Stepanenko. I also want to pay respect to all the employees of AIPC. I have yet to experience disrespect or any kind of dehumanization. They have been professional and quite empathetic. I highly recommend Dr. Stepanenko at AIPC if your serious about getting your chronic pain under control.”

“I decided to take my child here after my sister referred this place because of how great they took care of her child. Let me just say the staff here are very friendly and caring. Every time I come in I'm always greeted and the atmosphere is always positive. The doctors are great. Dr. Muhumuza is very professional and caring. He always listens very carefully, he answers all of my questions, also checks my child for all of my concerns. He is absolutely amazing. Their customer service here is great and I definitely recommend this place. They also have a 24 hr line that you can call if you ever need to speak to someone in regards to your baby. The only thing I wish they would change is whenever they give you an appointment they never tell which floor it's going to be on. Sometimes I go to the first floor then they tell me the appointment is on the second floor or the other way around but that isn't a deal breaker for me since the elevator works very fast.”

“If is wasn't for Dr. Irelis Rodriguez, I would have given up. She is so kind and understanding. She has been patient with me even though I haven't made things easy for her. I'm thankful. However, it is impossible to speak with a person on the phone. I've tried weeks back to back. And left messages without a return call. That is the hardest to deal with. They are busy, but not that busy.”
