“Newer equipment, plus friendly and helpful staff. I'm very pleased that it is now open 24/7. I do not use a trainer, nor do I need a nutritionist, as I use online research and my doctor's advice for both things. Which is good, because this gym has neither of those things. There are no saunas and no pool. Drawbacks include only Smith machine benches, and a limited selection of free weights. However, there are several people who go to this gym that are absolutely ripped, so it goes to show that what they do have should work just fine. I recommend spending the extra $10/month and upgrading to the Black Card. This allows you to visit other locations, bring a guest, buy bottles of water for $1, and partake in their awesome hydro massage machines. My insurance pays for the whole thing, as long as I go at least 12 times per month. For the money, you get a lot of bang for your buck. If you are self-motivated, are not looking to spend a fortune every month, and just need a bare-bones gym, then this is the place for you.”
