While waited to be seen over hearing such great business ethics, choosing the correct words to income calls and handling walk-ins on an emergency issue, the patient was not turned away, showing empathy the person was seen with no hesitation. Meeting with the rest of that staff they were extremely knowledgeable in the functions of a better work flow and showing awesome team work. The wait time was responsible and so much better then any doctors office I have ever visited. They all showed professional pleasantries that made me feel I was not a number.
