The man helping us was so kind, I wish I could remember his name. I described what I wanted, 2 arrangements for my mother's funeral with some lavender/purple flowers as that was her favorite color. He was able to show me samples and some pictures. Then, above and beyond, delivered them to the hotel where we were staying...after hours, on his own time. The arrangements were perfect, fresh, beautiful, and the price was more than reasonable. I can't say enough about the thoughtfulness of this business in our difficult time. “Rick and Jennifer are a first rate couple. They did so much to help me get my Santa sleigh lit up in 2016. Rick wired up the LED lights for the tour pack, candy canes, the Christmas tree and the 3-D reindeer horns. His help with the Bluetooth Santa helmet and the motorcycle amplifier was priceless. His labor was very fair. Since the 3-D plastic reindeer horns had an issue with vibration and cracking, I changed it to real reindeer horns for 2018. He took several hours to wire up my Real Reindeer horns and I know he held back on the bill to help Santa. This LED set up will light up, flash and fade. The joy to the kids is priceless Thanks so much you two.”

“When our A/C broke down in the middle of the summer heat, we called our home warranty company thinking that we were covered. After speaking with them, we found out that all they were providing was a discount percentage since the unit had to be replaced. They provided us with an estimate to replace the unit and we were happy to see the discount. Since I was a member of BNI, I called Mark Adams to provide me with a quote. I was shocked (in a pleasant way) to find out that Cool Zone was able to provide us with a better quote for a superior unit, even with the home warranty discount that we were eligible for. Not to mention that the home warranty company’s contractor could not install for another 7 to 10 days. Long story short, Cool Zone A/C came out in about 3 days and installed our new unit and we could not be happier. I have recommended Cool Zone to my neighbors and I will continue to refer them because I know they provide honest services.”
