“What a great place to do business at. Forget the Warehouses. This store is owner run and operated. What a great change to doing business at the "other places". A great selection of quality tuxes and accessories and at less than half the price of the chain rental places. Plus great individual attention to details you may have overlooked. I rent a tux a couple times a year and from this point on, I will drive the extra 10 miles, skip the mall parking hassle, and do business with the owner. Such a night and day difference.”

“The fellow running the pro desk was a rude jerk. As me and associate approached the pro desk the attendant asked if we were ready to check out. We said yes we are. The clerk then turned around and got on the phone and ignored us completely for over ten minutes. I then asked to speak with the store manager. The store manager was really close by and responded right away. She asked what the issue was, and I explained. She then rang our items up and was very professional. We saw her have a little talk with the clerk after she was finished helping us. This guy should just clock out and go home for the day. He was a real moron.”

“I recently had Window World replace 19 windows in my home. The gentlemen who provided our estimate and closed the sale was very professional. Unfortunately, their scheduling was horrific. They were supposed to arrive a specific day and never showed-I called several times trying to get a hold of someone to find out when I should expect them. After calling several times, I finally spoke with someone who told me they would have to reschedule for another day. Frustrating as I sat at home for hours waiting on them(we were also not living at the location at the time so it was very inconvenient). The customer service I received was very poor. When they finally arrived to install the windows, the installation was done in a day. The crew members were fine-polite and kept to themselves. We recently. I had just had hard wood floors refinished and the guys were great about removing their shoes. The price, quality of the work, and quality of windows was good. If it were just about customer service I would give 2-3 stars but I am very happy with the workmanship and the quality of the windows.”

“I had the best experience at Minerva’s Bridal!! Every employee was so helpful and friendly! As we walked in we were greeted so warmly by the employees and quickly escorted to the back to start searching for the right dress. My daughter felt so important and the employees never gave us an attitude or made us wait a long time . They listened to what my daughter wanted in a gown and they were very helpful in trying to find the one that fit my budget. Reina was one of the employees that made my daughter feel so comfortable when she was looking for the right gown!!! She was so helpful and totally made the whole experience even better! Mrs. Minerva ( the owner) herself was also involved in the whole process! She worked so hard to find the right dress for my girl! She is such a lovely person! At checkout, jimmy was so patient and so helpful too! I definitely will shop there again!!”
