“The employee at the bakery and customer service were so nice and comprehensive. I had to cancel a special cake last minute. That was due for pick up few hours, and they were able to return the money right away. My father was turning 50 and we were all very excited to celebrate it with him. We ordered 2 cakes.. and few hours before received a call he needed to flight back to our country for a family emergency. Out of all the things we have to worry this wasn't one.
