“I’ve stayed at this property several times over the last several years. Normally the staff is just kind of there. Not bad, but not great or helpful either. Today we returned after our last trip several months ago. My bf inquired about a purchase he made at our last visit that he wasn’t completely satisfied with. The cashier promptly called for the manager who worked with my bf to make sure he was completely satisfied. We were absolutely thrilled and greatly appreciated it. My bf doesn’t get the love I have for Disney. This was one of several situations this week that I think might bring him around :-)”

“If you enjoy afternoon tea then you must treat yourself to this experience at the Waldorf!! Makes reservations early as it’s only available on Sundays from 2-4. It started with a very impressive selection of 6 varieties of finger sandwiches. We found the scones to be exceptional, followed by a delicious tower of the freshest pastries. I’ve enjoyed many afternoon teas including the Savoy in London and found this one to be my new local favorite. Ask for Victoria, my hopes are you will find her company as charming as we did.”

“I wasn't sure what Disney's idea was other than to fill space. They went with the theme of "It's a Wonderful Life" for this little hole in the wall shop. It's actually cool because if you're looking for Disney theme Christmas ornaments, this is the place. But I really wasn't, so I didn't find anything that jumped out at me. Otherwise, it was general Disney merchandise for souvenirs. ”

“I stayed at the Dolphin resort for a conference. My employer paid for the room. The Dolphin is a beautiful hotel overall, especially the lobby. Every employee I met was unfailingly polite, friendly, and helpful. It was truly a Disney experience service wise. There were some flaws here in there, which if I were paying for the room myself, would have annoyed me. My room was surprisingly small and the windows overlooked machinery and buildings. To be fair, I was attending a conference, and I'm sure that there are smaller, shabby your rooms that are reserved for conferences. I know that they get a lower negotiated rate than the regular rooms, but the experience left me a little cold. The room had two double beds. I honestly can't remember the last time I went to a hotel that had double beds. Even the pillows were hanging off the sides because the pillows were queen-sized. Then again, if the beds were queen-sized, the room would have been even smaller. I also saw noticeable marks on the elevator doors, some very worn and tattered carpets on the first floor where the guest rooms were, and the tap water tasted simply awful. All that said, the towels were very nice, the restaurants served delicious food although it was quite expensive (that's my company's problem, not mine), and there were lots of paved walkways to take long walks. I'd like to say that I would go there again, but only if someone else paid. I will not likely to ever have enough money to stay there.”

“There are so few things around the Disney World Resort dedicated to Panchito (one of my favorites) that I simply have to give this place points for that alone. As far as a gift shop, this place had a great selection of items I hadn't noticed elsewhere on property. Well themed merchandise while also providing the necessities. They even had a pretty solid cupcake selection.”
