We were in town for a volleyball tournament when my daughter sprained her ankle and we needed a walking boot for her. I called and was able to book a same-day appointment to purchase one. Not only was it extremely easy to find and pickup, they also took the time to show me how to set it up.

OrthoStat was recommended to me by my podiatrist after I received a foot injury. They are located a few minutes away from Celebration Hospital. The employees are Exceptional! Alvaro took the time to show me various models of knee scooters to find the right one for me. He took the time to custom fit my knee scooter to me and showed me how to make any necessary adjustments.
My knee scooter unfortunately had a manufacturing defect with the left brake not engaging fully. I called OrthoStat and Maritza was able to make me an appointment for the very next morning. Alvaro was able to adjust the brake, then went ahead and contacted the manufacturer to have the issue replaced. Thank you OrthoStat for helping me! We will gladly recommend you to everyone'!

Needed a knee walker after breaking my foot. After calling a few places, I finally found OrthoSTAT who took the time and interest to review my insurance and inform me that I was covered. They were friendly, helpful and very efficient! I am thankful for their service and would absolutely recommend them. The knee walker was clean, in perfect working condition and the tech took the time to review the usage with me. Wonderful service all around!!

I did not use the equipment as i already had one from prior surgery. However, if I needed to, based on looks alone, i believe it would have worked flawlessly. Customer service was 100%. Highly recommend.
