“I forgot to pack my Niccotine gum for my trip to Disney. The Animal kingdom concierge helped me find Turner Drugs when I asked him about using Uber to go to a pharmacy personally. They were very personable and considerate. The lady verified that the Gum didn’t have aspartame and completed my order. The delivery was an hour earlier than promised and the driver was great! I’ve done without in the past but now that I know about Turner drugs, I won’t have to.”

“I have been going to Dr. Denise Gonzalez for the past 6 to 7 years and what an amazing difference in my lung function. One of my most favorite parts of being her patient is that she listens and goes the extra mile. I have called her office last moment because I was sick and she took me the same day. If you put in the effort that is required you will see a difference. I was diagnosed when I was an infant with Asthma, and she is the first specialist to get my condition under control. Many of the comments here are being based on the 100 scale of lung function, and as a person born with asthma over the past 6 -7 years of listening to her and taking the medication prescribed I now have a lung function of 150 and yes I am still asthmatic and yes I still need the maintenance prescriptions. Full potential is what I want in my lung function and Dr. Gonzalez has helped me achieve this.”

“Wow! I can’t say enough great things about Providence Pass!!!! They are more than just a school. They create and sustain a positive and loving experience for their girls. I have NEVER seen a staff so dedicated to my daughter. My daughter is now 17. We have been seeking help for her since she was 4 years old. She was struggling with multiple social and emotional concerns. Before Providence Pass, there were no professionals who were able to help us. This is an “immersion” program. They immersed my daughter in strict routines, love, positive vibes, school and the church. It was a tough day when they came to transport her. Probably the toughest day of my life. Yet, not once did I second guess our decision. I knew she was in the right hands. Jennifer and Billy stayed in constant contact with me so I would know she was doing well. Dr. V. has an amazing ability to balance empathy with tough love. I have never worked with a therapist who would call my daughter out. It was a nice change! She made me feel very supported as a parent. By the end of the program, I had a daughter who was not only more loving but genuinely appreciative and caring for our family. She did find the Lord through her journey and that made it worth every penny. All of our friends and family comment on the positive change they see. The great news is that my daughter is on track to graduate high school 6 months ahead of her peers. She is a strong A/B student. Before Providence Pass, we were afraid she wouldn’t even graduate! She now had the tools to help her achieve her dreams as an adult who not only participates in society but will also contribute to the good of it. “Very pleasent and inviting atmosphere. First visit went smooth, I was seen by DR White and his very pleasant assistant. Both was very great. However, I had a bad experience with Dr. Whites coordinator Jessica she was very dishonest she told me a number of false reasons to why my bill (amount due) change. She was very unprofessional on the phone, her behavior left me feeling uneasy and I asked to be switch to another doctor within the group. Like I stated Dr. White and his assistant was very nice and welcoming, however due to his coordinator dishonesty I would rather deal with someone else. I was switch to Dr Orlando and his assistant Jackie whom was very nice and polite, and took great care of me. It’s unfortunate that due to Jessica unethical practice I felt uncomfortable to continue my treatment with Dr. White who is also a great doctor. Sometimes 1 person on a team can make it bad for the whole team, which is very unfortunate. Beside that one person the rest of the staff is very nice honest and straight forth. I would recommend this group. And if you have to deal with Jessica the coordinator keep all of your receipts and ask to speak to someone above her if you feel what she’s saying isn’t accurate.”

“I was referred to Nemours Primary Care by a friend. I looked on their website to search for a location near me. I found one in the Celebration location. I called to make an appointment and a lady named Jasmine answered the phone. Extremely friendly and very helpful. She was so informative from start to finish to make sure I was fully aware of their location and everything I needed to know for the appointment. When I went to the appointment I met Jasmine and I have never met a receptionist who went above and beyond like she did. She was exceptional! Then Kalie the nurse took us back and she was so good with my daughter, so comforting and nurturing. She explained everything to my daughter to ease her mind so she wasn’t nervous. I was very impressed with her. And finally we met Dr. Jeanette Magarino, she was very thorough in everything she did. I have never been to an office where the doctor didn’t rush through the appointment until now. She was so patient and her bedside manner was impeccable. She stayed with us til the end. She made sure we understood everything and made sure we made a follow up. The way she expresses herself was so comforting to my daughter and I! After she left the office the nurse Kalie came back to give my daughter shots. She was fast and efficient and made my daughter feel comfortable. The check out process with Jasmine was fast and efficient as well! I’m highly impressed and will recommend this office to everyone! If I could give it 20 stars I would!”
