  Just stopped by to get my sons glasses fixed and Cora was very nice to help me. (Hope I spelled your name correctly) I actually was at the front desk and she over heard me asking if someone could fix them! She quickly approached me and helped me out, wow talking about great service! Thank you Cora for being so nice, we need more people like you in the world!   I’m a huge fan of Dr.Grand. I’ve been seeing her for several years and I wouldn’t see anyone else. She can be a little quiet at first, but she takes the extra time to be thorough and to take great care of me. She is incredibly nice and knows the right questions to ask. She also does a great job explaining things. She is knowledgeable and does a great job helping with a large amount of prism in my lenses. She also is thorough when she is checking for diabetes complications. Thankfully, I don’t have any! I am incredibly thankful for her!
  
  Additionally- Eileen, the receptionist, is always fantastic and goes out of her way to help me. She’s also knowledgable about what my insurance will cover.
  
  As I read the other reviews, I’m not sure how people have issues with them not returning calls. I’ve been a patient here for several years and have never had that issue.
  
  The optical staff have always been friendly to me. I’ve had delays in the past, but it wasn’t their fault- it was the labs fault. They did a fantastic job communicating and helping get me a set of frames that look good on me! They would rather get me a quality product than give me something that is subpar, even if it takes a little extra time.
