  I have read the reviews on this page, and I will say they were pretty harsh. I had a group of 4 go out today, and unfortunately we didn't get the experience we were hoping for. The boat had a mechanical issue but Brent fought with the fuel pump for over an hour trying to get us out on the water. We cracked jokes, asked questions and made the most out of sitting there while we waited. Things happen and things go wrong. It's not easy running this type of business. Not his fault nor anyone else's. We got a full refund along with a sincere apology as he felt awful this happened. We also tipped him for his hard work and dedication to get the boat running. Brent, thank you for trying your hardest! We do appreciate it!!! And welcome to our team, "team disaster" !!! :)

  Ride was great, we did see an alligator and baby alligators in the reeds. There was loads of different birds and plants all around.
  I thought it was value for money & would go again if we ever come back this way.

  Think "Larry The Cable Guy". The guide could be his brother in looks and personality. He knew right where to go to show us the alligators. We also saw turtles, exotic birds and the everglades. It was fun.
  I had read some reviews that talked about how far it was from the meeting place to the boat. It was only a five min drive. You meet at a mini mart at a gas station. You pay, then follow him to his private road with a locked gate. No problem at all. Just a couple of miles off the beaten path. Fun!! Adventure!! I would do it again.
