  Did not disappoint! If you're looking for a program that is structured towards your goals with an instructor that is not only extremely knowledgeable, but who cares, this gym is incredible! The community and friendships I saw at this gym made me envious, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Each workout was designed to push me and challenge me and seeing results did not take long at all!

  Absolutely great environment! We had an absolutely phenomenal workout this morning! Highly recommend this to anyone looking to get fit! Will be back again!!

  I decided to try this gym out while I was in town for a week. I have family in the area, so I come to Kissimmee often and I figured it would be a great idea to find a gym away from home. They had a single drop in option or a week pass. I chose the week pass. I was glad I did after the first workout. It kicked my butt, but I was ready for more! The workouts and the way they’re set up made for a fun session. Thayer and Marissa are great. Very welcoming and genuinely nice people. The members are awesome too. Super friendly and helpful. I’ve definitely found my gym away from home for whenever I come to visit my family. I truly recommend them if you’re thinking about it. I wish I could just take them back to South Florida with me!

  HiiTFit has changed my life:) I feel blessed to call the gym “my happy place.” The best thing I ever did was say “yes” to trying a class. Not only have the trainers and my gym family helped me to change my physical appearance and stay motivated the past five years, they have also become some of my closest friends. I hope you will all say “yes” to changing your life for the better like I did.

  The best gym I have ever been too. The trainer is dedicated, hard-working, knowledgeable, and fun! The day I joined the gym, I felt instantly at home. The owners make everyone feel like family – which is one reason why so many people have had success. Not only have I increased my fitness, but I have grown personally, made great friends, and have found some of the most inspirational people I have ever met.
  Cannot say enough good things about this gym, you honestly need to get in here and see for yourself. It is like no other! You will instantly form a bond with the owners and it’s participants, everyone is so helpful and wants the best for you.
