  We have used Orlando Stroller Rental three times in the past with no problems. Strollers always there at requested time and no issues. This trip, on our first day with the stroller, it had some issues with the wheels and brakes. We called, left a message and had a response within 30 min and a new stroller delivered within a couple of hours. Could not have asked for better service.

  Perfect!! Have rented a stroller here twice and each time was flawless. The stroller was perfect for our trip. It saved some very tired little legs!! It's great to hold extra water and souvenirs as well. I had to extend our rental by a day and made a phone the morning of pick up and there was no issue at all. Did all my ordering online before our trip and the stroller was at the hotel waiting each time! Keep up the good work!

  Absolutely Fantastic! My experience was top notch from the start. I rented a stroller because I wanted more cargo room then the umbrella stroller I normally fly with could provide. I was a little worried that a meet and greet was required with our particular hotel, but the process was surprisingly easy. Though I am sending an email to the hotel suggesting they change that policy. We got the citi mini four wheel and I loved it! My daughter was able to ride to and from the park in style!
