  This is a small Avis/Budget rental location, but the service was friendly and prompt, and the car was great! I would definitely rent from here again.

  Overall the experience was very good. Please as with any rental agency double check the paperwork before leaving. I was told I had a full tank of gas in the car and it was only 5/8's full; I spoke with the clerk and she adjusted it. Just for my own piece of mind I took a photo just in case when I returned the notes were not there. Just as I expected when I returned they said I would be charged as it was not returned with a full tank of gas; I showed them my paperwork that it was 5/8's and I brought it back with 6/8's tank (which I also took a picture of). The clerk said it was only 1/2 full, I showed him my pictures and had to physically walk him back out to the car and have him turn it on again with me present, "his response oh I guess the needle didn't go all the way up". Its a minor inconvenience but still one I should not have experienced. Also the oil change light came on about 10 miles into my trip, I called back and they had to look up the report on when the oil was changed and stated that it was just changed before I picked up the car and the computer must not have been reset. Again for my own piece of mind I checked the oil level more than once during my trip and everything worked out just fine.
  The car was great and was in excellent condition. Minus a hiccup or 2 with the staff I had a great experience and will certainly rent from the location again.
