(December 17, 2018, 11:22 pm)The condo we stayed in was nice. Walmart in the next parking lot, and you will need it. They do not stock any essintials. Shampoo, garbage bags, coffee, soap. I have stayed at 3 other rentals in different places and they all stock everything. It could of been a little cleaner. Walls and baseboards were not clean. But then I am a clean freak. But we did like the place over all. And the pool and rec room which we looked at but did not have time to use. I still would recommend, but be prepared to buy or bring your own stuff.

(November 23, 2018, 8:31 am)Oakwater is a nice townhome community. It is meant for vacationers looking for a nice place to stay. The location is wonderful so close to Disney and all the local shops and restaurants.

We visited it as a holiday rental, and were pleased with the facilities available.
Massive Walmart situated practically outside the gates, so no worries there.
Only notable downside was there's only one rubbish bin for the whole place, and no recycling; a nice lady at the clubhouse did say that they were working on it.
