  Good experience, Didn't know where we were at with the old phones we had. We're able to update us into new technology. He helped us by showing what phones met our needs and also got us a deal with a tablet as well. They had three people helping us out at once.

  My telephone wouldn't turn on to home page. The sale rep. Armando was kind, mannerly and most of all ... Honest. His help was constant from the time I walked in the store and didn't give up on my situation until it was resolved. Clone Him ... He was Amazing!!!

  Excellent service! Took care of all our needs and more. Being able to find a solution for us to be able to upgrade our phones today was great. He was very helpful and got my voicemail setup and my video chat going. Showed me how to use it and then some. Took his time and did not feel rushed. Best service I’ve had in a while.

  Got my wife's phone fixed quickly, these guys know their stuff. Made it look easy. We were in and out of there quickly. These guys take care of us every time. Got apps fixed and good to go

  Great job taking care of everything. Very relieved to receive the service at this location. I've gone to the orange blossom trail store and the location by the loop and was taken advantage of and lied to at those stores.
  Felt the guy here was transparent and honest. Helped me out and explained what i was paying for on my account. Happy to come here over other stores.
