  Traveling from Ill to Ft. Laud we stopped in St.Cloud to visit friends a warning light told us we had a low tire. We stopped at Pep Boys to have the tire pressure checked. Colton checked all tires and inspected the right rear tire. He told me I had a nail in the tire and needed to be repaired. He said they could repair it but not for 1.5 hours. I returned later and when I pulled into the parking lot he took my keys before I got into the office. Colton repaired the tire in less than 20 minutes.
  
  Colton's actions and Asst Mgr Jose Orta responce to my problem permitted us to safely complete our trip and make a cruise we booked 10 months ago.

  Three days after I bought my new car, the A/C went out. I took it by pep boys and they were really nice. They said there was a fee for looking at it, but if they were able to fix it then that fee would be waived and I would just pay for the repair. After they looked at it though, the repair was going to be very difficult and therefore very expensive. They told me so nicely and I thanked them and took the car back to the dealer. (And Pep Boys was absolutely telling me the truth about the cost and not trying the cheat me in anyway)

  Jonathan and Jose were very helpful during my wife's and mines experience. They went above and beyond what our needs were and we're super helpful. We were very pleased with our visit.

  Absolutely the best service! I was a loyal customer to Pep Boys in another location in Florida and wanted to continue to support the company but was concerned about finding the same service and professionalism in another location. So impressed, again, with the St. Cloud Pep Boys. Fast and friendly service with excellent prices 100% of the time!! I will always give them my business and recommend them to everyone I know.

  Just left the Pep Boys Auto Service and Tire shop in St Cloud. They were great. Customer service was awesome. I stopped there because my tire pressure light was on. They found a nail in one tire, plugged it, and sent me on my way in 15 minutes. I am very happy, very pleased. Thanks guys. You were great.
