  Angela the customer service goddess/guru is totally rad!!! She was prompt and direct on the phone with out seeming rude. She let me ramble on about my silly issues and immediately resolved them. Her anticipation of my needs is what really impressed me. This woman should be put in a leadership position because while I’ve had some issues with service. Overall the company has always come through and made it right! The gentleman who services my property is always very respectful but I’ve only met him via security camera . ????Thanks guys.

  The BEST in the business! They do it all, lawn care, shrub care, pest control and even termite treatment and protection! They made my yard beautiful and keep those nasty creatures out of my home and off of my pets! And anytime I've had a concern, they come right out and take of it.

  So we purchased our home 2 years ago. The yard was neglected - the house was empty for over two years. Our yard was terrible, dead grass, big brown spots, and full of weeds. My husband and I tried everything to bring it to life but nothing worked.
  
  Finally, about a year ago the people who cut our grass recommended Luv-a-Lawn to us. Their rep came out and told me exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to revive our yard. Didn’t promise any miracles but recommended we had patience.
  
  A year later and what a change. Seth comes every quarter and deals with our irrigation; he definitely recommends what’s best for the yard and how to water it and why. Super professional and courteous. Then Eric comes quarterly as well and deals with fertilizer and weed control. Eric told me from the get go, it’s going to take time. These two representatives of the company are amazing. Super courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
  
  Between Seth and Eric my grass/yard has recovered tremendously. We are super happy with their service. Highly recommended Luv-a-Lawn.

  I've had Luv-A-Lawn taking care of my Hunters Creek home lawn for several years now and I've been very happy. Previously over the last 18 years I've had Massey, True Green, Falcon, and another I can't remember and I think may no longer be in business. By far Luv-A-Lawn is the best. I felt compelled to write today because last week I called the company at 9:05 am. I got a recording that said we are in a company meeting until 10am and all calls will be returned after. I left a message saying that I'm seeing weeds which is understandable due to the incredible amount of rain we've had this year and also I hired a new lawn cutting company 60 days ago which I think may be contributing to the problem. I asked for a special visit if I wasn't due for my scheduled service in the immediate future. I work from home and to my amazement 90 minuted later Eric our service technician pulls up out front. He heads to the front door as always to discuss any questions or concerns I may want to bring to his attention before he starts. A 90 minute response to address my concerns and some people on here say they don't like the company? These days you're lucky if you can get a customer service rep to respond to your needs in 90 minutes when you're standing in their store or sitting in their restaurant let alone starting out in St. Cloud and arriving at my door in Hunters Creek 90 minutes later. Over the years 7 or 8 of my neighbors have switched to Luv-A-Lawn because my yard looks so nice. The company is outstanding and that's all there is to it. Eric my lawn technician at my personal residence is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and Tom my pest control technician at one of my local rental properties does a fantastic job and is always a pleasure to see when I run into him once every year at renewal. I highly recommend Luv-A-Lawn.

  Luv-A-Lawn has been fantastic and helped us recover our lawn. We had previously trusted our lawn to another well-known company (you may recognize their cars with the cute custom ears) and had a very disappointing 4+ years of service with them. After seeing a number of beautiful lawns in our neighborhood with the Luv-A-Lawn marker, we decided to give them a try. Our lawn has never looked better.
