Very organized.
This place is a dump, no wait that's wrong, this place is a trash transfer station. I found the staff helpful, the facility wel run, and even though this was my first visit I was able to get clear instruction on what to do and where to go to properly dispose of my items. Overall a good experience and if I need to dispose of bulk items again I see no reason not to go here.
Best customer service.
Fantastic service! I was unloading the back of my truck and a worker (Jeff I believe...maybe John...lol) on the lift asked if I wanted him to pick the heavy bag off with his machine. He did and he also went out of his way to get me information about curbside pickup from my house. This guy is what customer service is all about.
