“Have been bringing my kids here since they were born . Almost 3 years and never had a problem with any of the doctors or nurses. They do however take time to call you in if the place is full, and also inside the room to see the doctor is a long wait time but that's about their only issue. If it wasn't because of the wait time I would definitely give them 5 stars.”

“This place is the best! I became a member in 2016, and as a new Cross Fitter! When I started I was a little intimidated even by the word Cross Fit. However my concerns were quickly changed! The coaches are wonderful and not matter your fitness level or your ability to do the movements the coaches take the time to ensure that you are comfortable with the movements.
