  My experience at Ashley
  Furniture store was excellent because Dana was my sales person. She made sure to find out what I was looking for, and helped me look around the store for it. She even toted heavy chairs around the store to see if they matched the table, and she is a petite gal. She was very personable, and did not rush me. As a result, I csme back and bought another item soon after —as I was enjoying my table so much. I needed another chair, and she found me a display chair for under $20 dollars that was actually worth around $189 at one time. She helped me find some really great items and on sale. Dana is an asset to Ashley, who takes her job seriously, and has a good grasp on customer service. Thanks!

  I don't typically or often do reviews but in this circumstance I felt it would be a dishonor not to. I went to Ashley's Furniture in hopes to buy living room furniture. (was very apprehensive) and my sales associate, Lynne Chandler assisted me when I walked in. HANDS DOWN, I have to say, she was the most patient, knowledgeable, easy to talk to about prices and what I recommend her HIGHLY if you are looking for furniture at Ashley's

  Jason was so helpful with our purchase! He helped every step of the way, even giving us helpful feedback. We will definitely come back and see him for future purchases.

  I came in one weekday night one hour before closing I walked in through city furniture and city furniture‘s employees were so rude I walked on over to Ashley‘s furniture side and I saw Luciano and asked for help. Being one hour before closing I didn’t expect to receive any good service but Luciano made me change my mind. He was so helpful helping me figure out what I wanted what suits me best and Making sure I got the best deal. I left the store five minutes before closing extremely happy and satisfied with all the help he provided me! I will definitely be going back just for his help in the future! Star employee!!

  Lynne was very helpful and patient as I had to re-select a sofa and loveseat. She needed to assist me with customer care, and spent quite a bit of time “on hold” to coordinate a smooth replacement (credit) link between my pick up and delivery. She also followed up with a phone call to assure me of my delivery ( which was the very next day!)
