  It was a pleasure working with Meredith and the folks at Home Care Assistance of Boca Raton. I needed them to help with my mom, who has Parkinson's, while her full time aide was away. The agency was very responsive and set us up with 2 aides who would split the time needed. There was a bit of an issue with one of the aides being a good fit for my mom and the agency responded immediately. We ended up using the one aide for the entire time needed and it was perfect. She was an absolute joy, extremely caring, very attentive and made sure my mom was at ease with the changes. My mom bonded with her very quickly. Having this quality of care was just what we needed.

  I highly recommend Home Care Assistance.
  
  I could not be more pleased with the service and care they provided for my mother.My husband and I were able to take a vacation without any worries for my mom.
  
  My mother still lives alone, she tries to remain independent, but the truth is she is not. She was
  very opposed to the whole idea of anyone coming and taking care of her, but that all changed once she met the team. Everyone was so pleasant and caring.she felt comfortable right away.

  The Caretakers are amazing! They genuinely care about their patients. It isnt just a job, its much more than that to them. It is a huge relief to know that my Mom is so well cared for . She is so happy. The Management is also tremendous and very accessible to us. I would Highly recommend this agency above all others.

  After trying unsuccessfully to get reliable help from 4 other local agencies, I found everything I was looking for through Home Care Assistance. I found The president,, Meredith La Pira veery empathetic easy to communicate with and was very effective in helping me navigate and properly set up my dad's care upon his release from rehab.
  Unlike the other agencies I reached out to, my calls were returned promptly and Meredith and staff made themselves pavailable if ever I needed something adjusted with my fathers care.
  Their caregivers were prifessional, experienced and tru ely a cut above any other agency we tried. If there were any changes were needed , , they were quick to accommodate.

  I will never be able to say how grateful I am to Meredith and her team at Home Care Assistance. During my mother's last year of life, Meredith was there for me and mom at every turn. Even during the tough challenges presented by Alzheimer's, Meredith worked through them with me to find just the right solutions. The caregiver she provided for the last 8 months of mom's life was an angel for mom and for me.
