Shihan Bill is very passionate and knowledgeable, and he is supported by an amazing group. Every class is genuinely a fun class, and you will get the attention you need to ensure you learn all the techniques well. Highly recommend it!

Learn to use your opponent’s size and momentum in your favor. This is not a competition. It’s real-world self defense built for the street. Because you don’t want a trophy, you want to get home alive.

Not only did the instructor and the students make me feel welcome but the mats and equipment were top of the line. I really enjoyed myself and definitely will go back next time I'm in Boca.

(June 14, 2017, 1:13 pm)Excellent instruction and beautiful dojo. Shihan Wood obviously cares a lot about his students. The classes are smaller so you get a lot of personal attention. Everyone in class is really nice and supportive. Great place to train!
