  Love the class format that has multiple components and is always different. Instructors are friendly, approachable, and encouraging. Full workout in one hour!

  I am a 42 years young mother of two. What I love about Orangetheory is that aside from all the positive health benefits, it gives me a space where I get to reconnect with myself and my mind. I am passionate about this physical adventure that has helped me in so many ways and given me balance and positive energy. I struggled with weight almost all my life until one day I woke up and decided not to be a victim anymore and take care of my body. Eating healthy and exercising was essential to get out of my poor habits. Throughout the years, I had multiple personal trainers and did CrossFit but they did not work for me and I was close to giving up before a friend told me about Orangetheory. I never really worked on endurance as much as I work on it now. With discipline and perseverance, I am accomplishing what I never believed was possible thanks to the great coaches that motivate me and encourage me. This support gives me energy when I can’t find it within myself. There are no other workouts that made me feel like I had accomplished something other than Orangetheory. I am a physician and I am the person that my patients tend to look up to as a someone that understands the importance of health and exercise. A lot of my patients need inspiration and motivation that places like Orangetheory provide daily.

  I really love how the coach motivates me in every work out and is really concern with my weight loss journey. Thanks Tyler!!! Because of you, I decided to drive from West Palm Beach to West Boca twice a week just to be in your class! You truly help me and push me to be motivated

  Not only do I love this type of workout, I love the instructors. Morgan, DJ, and Tyler are all incredible and I truly enjoy being a part of their class. They give you that extra boost when you need it and are very helpful when it come to performing certain exercises with good form. In addition the front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Finally, they keep the facility extremely clean. I couldn’t be happier signing up here.
