They made it a very smooth and enjoyable process for closing on my first property. The amount of paperwork that I knew was required was intimidating but with the help of Banker's Title and my agent we were ready to close a week before our scheduled closing date!. Highly recommend them!
Bankers Title Company handled our sale transaction and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The communication process was excellent both before/after the transaction and there were no last minute issues. I will use them again in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough.
I can't say enough good things about Micheal and his team. Not only were they very personable and knowledgeable but they guided me every step of the way thru the crazy process of buying a home. They patiently answered all my questions and took time out to educate me on all things contract.
I also liked the little phone app they use to allow me to upload all the documents needed by the lenders. Just take a pic with my phone and upload. It was so easy. No need to scan and fax.

My title agent was so helpful, & was always on top of things. I didn’t have to call for any updates, as he was always calling and updating me on my closing. My closing went super smooth. The receptionist was soooo sweet. She made us coffee & offered us snacks…really really caring. I had so many questions for my title agent, and he was so experienced and able to answer all my questions and concerns. This office was really knowledgeable and family oriented… hard to find this now a days. So happy to be in our new home!
