I have been a private student of Edie for about 5 months. As a 53 year old active man who played division 1 lacrosse in college, I thought I understood how to train to develop core strength. After being trained by Edie I can say that I didn't really know how to do it. Edie understands physiology so well and she knows how to explain correct movements and their reasons. She has a ton of patience and is extremely professional and personable.
