The ECM crew arrived as promised and professionally installed the new A/C system quickly and efficiently. They placed appropriate clothes to assure that any dirt would be picked up. They were courteous.
I knew my AC needed replacement and when I received an estimate from John Longden I was pleasantly surprised he didn't want to sell me a larger/more expensive unit. He mentioned that my condo only had windows facing north and the lower tonnage unit would be suitable. He was prepared to have the handler and compressor installed the next day and although I had to reschedule TWICE each time the company accommodated the request to change. The service men were polite and the unit is very comfortably cool.
A technician responded within an hour of our breakdown and did a thorough job in defining the problem. A new AC unit was required (old one was 10+ years) but there was no sales pressure involved. The next morning the installation crew arrived (on time) and worked through lunch to finish quickly. They used protective blankets on the floor and swept the area upon completion. A very courteous and professional job!
When ECM determined my air conditioning system was in need of replacement, they were able to install the very next day. The two man crew that came out to do the install arrived earlier them promised. Install was supposed to take all day, yet system was installed and operational by 3PM that afternoon (approx. 6 hrs total to install). Both the installers went about their job efficiently and professionally. Very happy with my new system!
