This review is a rebuttal regarding the Pembleton review. We are the homeowners, and they were our tenants. We hired Ketola Air, and have had nothing but reliable and honest service from Anthony and his company. It was obviously a case on miscommunication!
I have used Ketola Air Inc for the past 8 years in 3 different homes I have owned. I have had very professional encounters and have always felt I was getting a better then fair deal. I can’t say enough positive things about Anthony and his company. His employees are prompt, courteous and above all respectful of my home. I have recommended Ketola Air to numerous friends and all have told me how well they were treated. Thanks for a job well done!
Anthony Ketola and his crew were excellent. Their prices are very competitive, and they were prompt and efficient in installing our new AC. Will definitely call them for all of our future AC work!
We use Ketola Air for all of our routine maintenance. Anthony is always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It is hard to find someone who doesn't want to charge you for unnecessary services. After our AC quit working we looked no further than Ketola Air to replace it. We knew we wanted to move our existing air handler out of the attic and into a central location. Anthony was able to explain the best possible solution and replace our whole system in a timely manor. Living in South Florida everyone knows how uncomfortable it is to be without air conditioning. We would choose Ketola Air again and again and would recommend him to everyone.
Fair and honest. Much lower pricing than most other companies. We’ve used Ketola for multiple houses over the past 5 years, and have never been disappointed!
