(April 9, 2015, 3:05 pm)Booked this dealer to replace similiar Solar-Gard Hurricane quality on my door pane. We agreed to a price. Paid in GOOD FAITH at first phase of the job. He was to return to Seal (Silicone) the edges so as to prevent peeling or early stripping of the material at the edge. Weeks later as agreed he was due to finish the Job, he demanded more money. Under duress we paid, however, the Trade Person that came was very RUDE and THREATENING IF NOT PAID. "ALERT, Be sure get the JOB done before FULL PAYMENT", as there is no Courtesy or Customer Relations from this Dealer. BE AWARE IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM. I am aware that they remove HONEST FEEDBACK that they do not like.

The Boynton Beach, Congress Ave. location that did my work, reversed and corrected the situation by returning my DURESS PAYMENT cheque, with an apology. I accepted both the cheque and apology. The workmanship of the Solar-Gard application is fine work. There was a Principle of what completes the Job and quoted cost, which is NOW CORRECTED. I now rate them as 5 Star on the entire Job.
