  Fantastic place with amazing people and trainers! The gym is also stocked with high end equipment so you can get a great workout in no matter what you want to train.

  In a nutshell this is the best place to experience true boxing. Not only are they friendly but they will go out of there way to help and show you the right and best ways to box.

  I only was in Delray for around six months but darn it, I wish I had found this gym sooner. The guys are super knowledgeable & really care about your form and getting down the basics before you move forward. As a personal trainer myself, it is imperative to start with ground work before progression occurs. Classes are kept at a smaller number therefore you get quite a bit of individual attention and when there are larger groups, they up the coaches (a concept many gyms should utilize). Within only a short period of time, my body went through some significant positive changes: I was constantly being complimented on my shoulders!
  Also, the very best part: once you are done with a killer workout, you can have a beer at the bar next door. I love that they incorporate building a community as well as a gym.
  I moved cross country or else you can bet I would still be attending this awesome gem! Thanks again ya'll !

  I don't even know where to start! This place has it all!! It starts with world class trainers that will push you whether you're on the bag or doing mitt work. The trainers give everyone more individual attention than one would normally see in a group class. In addition, the gym also offers great Junior Programs for the kids! Another bonus is the gym has a great pub which is included in the full membership price!
