  Fantastic staff!
  
  I've been working with Whitney on some anxiety/depression issues, she seems to genuinely care and got excited when I told her my symptoms were getting better.
  
  The front of house staff is always extremely pleasant. I had some questions about my insurance that they didn't have the answer to offhand, I told them not to worry about it but they refused and said they were going to get me an answer. Later that same day they call me up to loop me in on the info they found out about my insurance company.
  
  The offices themselves are beautiful too, with a nice little sitting area, free coffee and free snacks. The whole experience is overall very relaxing and enjoyable. Very glad I found this place and recommend it to anyone that asks.

  The staff shows genuine concern for the wellbeing of their clients. It feels like I now have a support system on my side that has my best interests in mind. I feel truly feel fortunate to have found them.

  I am so grateful for Whitney L and the staff here! They got me in immediately, as a new client, and Whitney listened to me and was very professional. Everyone here is super friendly and eager to help in any way they can. They offer flavored coffe, tea and even hot chocolate, along with snacks, which I really needed because my anxiety was so bad I didn’t eat anything all morning. I highly recommend TMS of West Palm Beach! Thank you all! ????

  I look forward to my appointments at TMS of the Palm Beaches. I had many good experiences with Dr. Israel. She is always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and comfortable to be around. I love the office and the staff. Hasna the manager is pleasant and very helpful and thorough. Always a pleasure to deal with real people who care about their patients.
