He fitted me with two hearing aids that were perfect for me! I hear so much better and wish I met this gentleman sooner. My quality of life has improved significantly He conversed pleasantly with me about the challenges of my hearing loss and what to expect with my new hearing aids. Charles is a friendly professional who makes a hearing aid fitting a good experience. I recommend this experienced gentleman to everyone who has a hearing loss
