Emis has been my point of contact and has been a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to explain the "why" behind what is not working and always give an honest opinion. The company as a whole is looking out for the customer while striking the difficult balance to run a business. Hats off to them and I recommend them for any home related A/C issues.
