They treat you like you belong and the caring continues outside the training. The self-defense training is the best around. Try it and you will never leave.

(February 27, 2016, 2:45 pm)My son (10) and I have family near here and decided to join for a week on a trip to florida. We don't live here but love self defense jiu jitsu and I found this on google searching around. I messaged the sensei on his website and he very quickly called me back. He explained about his school. I went in to check out the classes. Everyone was very welcoming and nice to me. Dr Guy (the head Sensei) was very clear with us before drilling and sparring to go easy on each other so no one would get hurt.
My son went to the kids class the same night. He loved it so much. I was very impressed with the kids class even more than the adults class. Dr. Guy has his daughters and wife helping him at the dojo. It is very family oriented, and his wife signed me up for one week. I would have done more but we are only here one week more.
This is the self defense style jiu jitsu, very old school Helio Gracie Style with weapons defense too.
Very pleased to find this gem in Florida.
One more thing. It isn't really a tournament school and the techniques are not described with this gets so many points, and this gets this many points. But if you are looking for more self defense, this is the place for you. -

(February 1, 2016, 11:41 am)We are so lucky to have J.U.M.P. Jiu Jitsu in our community. Our two girls are learning real self defense. I feel this is very important, especially for girls. Dr. Guy is a talented teacher, who keeps the kids focused and learning while they have fun.

Dr. Guy is not only a great black belt, but an excellent professor and human being. If you want to learn real Helio Gracie Jiu Jitsu, this is the perfect place.

(November 23, 2015, 11:49 am)My grandchildren attend JUMP - Valente Brothers Jiu Jitsu in Jupiter, Palm Beach County. They teach Classic Helio Gracie Self Defense Jiu Jitsu, as it was intended to be taught. The instruction at JUMP is EXCEPTIONAL and the camaraderie in this school isn't seen any where else. I highly recommend JUMP's children and adult programs. You won't find this quality anywhere else !
