  My fitness assessment was done by Brianna. I have played golf most of my life, stayed in pretty good shape but I have never been tested like I was during my assessment. Brianna was excellent, very detailed in what was going to be done and why. I was checked for balance, flexibility, range of motion from head to toe. I was very impressed on the thoroughness of the exam. I came away with a better understanding of where my strengths and weaknesses were. Next step will be to begin training sessions and learn what I need to do to get the most out of my body for golf. I highly recommend going for the assessment and then decide where you want to go from there. I want to get my body in the best condition it's ever been in for golf and I feel like this is the place to do it.

  I was very impressed with how thorough the evaluation that Alex did. I am excited to get started in my training and improve my golf swing and performance.

  I'm a fairly new golfer and a friend who is a great golfer suggested I go in for a fitting. Lets just say what an educational process this was. This place is top notch. I was fortunate enough to have Dave Donovan walk me through the steps / fitting. Educational is an understatement. I just can't say enough about the results. Shocking is understatement. Well worth it for anyone and again, I can't say enough great things. Thank you again Joey D and special thanks to Dave Donovan who fitted me perfectly. He worked a miracle for me.

  Great environment with tremendous trainers full of knowledge, personality and experience. Working with Coach Noss has been eye opening and his attention to my personal needs goes above and beyond! Highly recommend to anyone/everyone; golfers/athletes/and/or anyone committed to serious training!
