  I've never met Jorge personally not visited his establishment. This is the first time I've acquired jewelry without seeing the merchandise in person first. I was browsing the internet when I found JR Emeralds website and was impressed with his merchandise. I subsequently contacted Jorge and asked if he could design a Rolex style ring for me with a sapphire mounted in the center of the ring surrounded by diamonds on a base yellow gold with a stair step pattern on both sides the center of which was white gold with yellow gold on both sides. He quoted me a price and delivery date that I was happy with and told him to proceed. Throughout the process of building the ring he kept me fully informed throughout the process and when I finally received the ring I was thrilled with the final product.
  Jorge is a man of his word, does exceptional, quality, work and delivers what he quoted on time at the price quoted. I have no reservations recommending him!

  I am absolutely pleased with my experience in purchasing an emerald with JR Colombian Emeralds. I love how beautiful the stone color is and the gloss and clarity of emerald is amazing. Customer service is outstanding. Jorge Rodriguez , Natalie Rodriguez and their family are truly amazing people to work with it. I was very much impressed with their knowledge of gem stones. They were very responsive and communicated promptly on my needs. They also went out of their way to do a video call and gave me the choices on the emeralds they had in stock. I am really happy with the genuine emerald I have purchased from them and I rate them 5 stars. I will always do business with JR Columbian Emeralds in the future. Thanks Jorge

  I give this company 5 stars due to my extremely positive experience with Jorge Rodriguez. I purchased a pair of Colombian emerald earrings and I absolutely love them. They’re stunning and I love the unique and light coloring to Colombian emeralds. From the beginning of my communication with him, Jorge was nice as can be and extremely attentive to my needs. I purchased a pair of earrings from him via phone and they arrived at my doorstep 2 days later, with a thank you, a few pieces of candy and an appraisal. He then followed up with me to ensure that I was pleased with the purchase and thank me for my business. He was very communicable via text message, which for me is the easiest way to communicate as I am always busy. The customer service is over the top outstanding and this will NOT be my last purchase from JR Colombian emeralds. I have enjoyed viewing the Instagram page to see the pure beauty of all of the emeralds they work with and what they are able to create with them. I ensure you that you will have an amazing experience just like me if you buy from JR emeralds. Also, as someone who has visited Colombia where you can buy emeralds and get them at amazing prices (unlike you can within the USA), all of the price points with this company line up with what I saw in Cartagena, Colombia - that’s hard to beat and something you can’t find within the USA, so I suggest taking advantage of that.   First off they have a great and welcoming staff who cares about what you want. Not just trying to sell you something. The quality and knowledge of the staff is superb. I am really satisfied with my purchases from them. My go to Jeweler in South Florida!

  I have been to many local areas and have not found or can match the service like this. They made this platinum diamond engagement band ring for my wife and she absolutely is in loves with it. The price, craftsmanship and quality is superb!
  I highly recommend!
