  The manager Marlon is friendly and even tho I didn't rent at this location he went out of his way to look around and find me a unit with with my budget in mind at another location in military. I would recommend this location on customer service alone.
  
  Update: I ended up renting at this location do to it being closer to my home. Prices are a bit higher but the property it self look newer as well.

  Marlon and Dee were very friendly and professional. Came for an auction and had a very favorable experience. Would highly recommend this property.

  When I walked into Public Storage, I was a little worried with reading the reviews on consumer affairs but I looked up this location and seen nothing but amazing reviews. Once I entered, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Marlon. He was very sweet, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. He got up from his seat and immediately greeted me which felt amazing because usually you walk into a place and the employees seem like they don’t want to be bothered but not with Marlon. He gave me all the information I needed in order to make the best decision. He told me about all the fees and different units they had available and even took me on a tour. The facility was Extremely clean and looked well maintained. After coming back in, the rental process was super fast and Marlon had amazing customer service skills. He was never distracted and gave me 100% of his attention, which was a huge relief. I recommend this location and will mention it to all of my friends, family, and co-workers. I had nothing but great service and a wonderful experience!!!!

  Very impressed with the service I received at this location. Especially with the guy who helped me I believe Marlon was his name. He seemed very patient and helped me with everything I needed. Property is always nice and clean and service is great as usual. Came back and tener another unit. Customer service was great as usual.
