  I hope the owners of this Ihop see this review. They have an employee named Shane who I hope they appreciate. He was running the whole restaurant with a smile, he made sure that each guest dine in or carry out had their order fast and accurate. Being a manager myself I would love to have staff as dedicated to their work as Shane. So to the management staff and owners please take a moment and let Shane know how valuable he is to your establishment, because in your absence he is giving his all and keeping the Ihop brands promise of a fast friendly enjoyable experience. Thank you Shane for the job you do. ????

  Most of the staff are pretty nice but there is one skinny woman who has a resting b**** face all day that irritates me. I always enjoy having the nice waiters at that location because they are very personable and conversational. Customers should not feel like a number so are you enjoy when to take time to be nice.
  
  The food is great but the amount of time it takes sometimes can be a little longer depending who is working at night.

  we whent hear for breakfast Christmas morning and I thought the manager and staff did a really great job handling all of the guests. The food was good and looked great. I was really impressed with how well they were able to keep it together considering how busy they were and service was great

  Wait times are not to bad. And food is good. But don't like when they don't write down the order then get it wrong and have to correct it.just write it down

  Great staff. So on point and very friendly. Didn't wait long for service and they made you feel comfortable. Thanks to everyone who worked tonight. The food and service was on point. 10/14/2018
