(February 3, 2019, 9:03 am)I took my daughter here last night. The customer service and bedside manner was Superb! I also work in Pediactrics and I know the importantance and difference simple demeanor can make for both the sick child and parent. I was called to a room within 10 mins and all of the staff were so nice and friendly. Even though my 19 old had a 102 fever that wouldn’t break and a double ear infection, she perked up when Dr. Jennifer Berger-Vernace walked in. She upbeat, welcoming, interactive, got down to her (my child) to do vitals, and tickled her a little. Our nurse Kimberly was great as well she was very Nurturing. She took her time give my daughter medicine, even grabbed a tissue and wiped her nonstop runny nose. We ending up having to do a flu test and while waiting for the results my little one got a little fussy, and in comes our nurse Kimberly blowing bubbles to distract her! My overall experience last night was great! They made my sick baby feel happy and welcomed. Thank you ladies!

(December 16, 2018, 6:56 am)First time here with my 8 year old. It was about 9:30 on a Saturday night, my childs cold had progressively got worse throughout the day, she could stop coughing. Front desk lady didn’t SEEM friendly at first, but she was just very soft spoken and was nice when i was registering. The Medical assistant was nice, and the dr was super sweet. The doctor sat next to my child on her level, spoke to her. She was able to give me something to get he through the night until i was able to get to a pharmacy in the morning. My only suggestion, like the other walk in places, they should have the medicine available to buy from them especially in the evenings on weekends.

(August 26, 2018, 10:03 am)Really kind people. I took my son here with croup yesterday right when they opened and they were SO sweet and went as fast as they could. Plan for anything to take longer at an Urgent Care (just anticipate that since you're walking in with no appointment, usually) but really they were pretty fast and super kind. My son was upset and they gave him popsicles and helped keep us both calm. The doctor at this Urgent Care is SO nice and when she could see I was very worried about my son she was comforting and provided a lot of suggestions. We went on a Sunday at 1pm and everyone couldn't have been nicer. Grateful for their help! They even called to follow up and ask how my son was later that day which was sweet.
