My very first time having a doula. She came to visit me months before it was time. Very easy to talk to, very understanding. I asked so many questions even though I had 2 other baby's,my last birth had been 7 years before so everything was different. The day I went into labor she was at the front door in no time. We tracked the contractions and she informed me it was time to go to the hospital. She was by my side every step of the way. She massaged my back,my feet,my side everything .She helped me stay calm when I was being asked a million questions.She also tried her best to keep me comfortable. I was in labor for about 7 hours before it was time to push.She encouraged me ,and out popped baby Ace! Even though the pain was really bad. Having her made the best birthing experience for me.
