I feel fortunate to have found this store in the Gardens Mall to do all my jewelry repairs from now on. Not only do they do exceptional work in a timely manner but they are genuinely nice people!
Wow!!!! Talk about fast. I needed a battery replaced in my watch. I walked in dropped it off, grabbed a quick bite at the mall food court, walked back and it was done. Less than 15 min. FABULOUS!!
I thought the Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs did a quick and efficient job on 3 pieces of my jewelry. However, I do think the price was a little too high. In the future, I'll have to evaluate the value of the jewelry piece before I consider having it repaired.
Marcelo checked out my quality dress watch, that I was informed that would cost $200 to repair by another watch repair shop over a year ago. She examined it said all looked very nice inside and replaced the battery! Works fine now. I’m very pleased with her honesty and knowledge. I will go back and recommend to my friends.
The owner Marcelo is unbelievable what he can do. It's easy to fix something that is gold, but he can do anything with costume jewelry as well. I'm in awe of everything I bring him, he makes it work. It's my understanding he owned a jewelry store in Italy, plus he has state of art machines to do the jobs. All I can say is AMAZING, AMAZING AMAZING! Anne in the front is also wonderful!
