Spoke to the company after lunch and received a call back saying they were on their way later that afternoon. Same day service without any additional cost! Worked quickly and offered tips and suggestions on how to avoid a potentially devastating flooding situation inside the house. If you have a bathroom sink that backs up with water, don't bother with Draino or a plunger, you're going to need a professional to come out and make sure the issue is done correctly.

I have called several plumbers over the past 4 years, both commercial and residential, & Fred is by far the best I have encountered! He is determined to get the job done right the first time. He lets you know exactly what the problem is and the approach he took to fix it. He is fair and reasonable.

(June 21, 2013, 11:35 am)I was out of town when the big sewer issues arose. The owner of the company, Ferd worked with me and communicated well with me to resolve the issues. He also gave me a detailed description of the pipes, recommended actions and quote on future repairs. I was very pleased with their service. I will recommend you any day!
