Came in on a Saturday because of a flat tire. It took them 20 minutes. I didn't have to wait all day! They are friendly and fast and makes you feel like family. I found my new mechanic shop. Love them
I have not had a "go-to" shop since moving to Florida over 2 years ago and on a whim chose to go to The Tire Choice & Total Car Care for my tire replacement, oil change, and alignment. Fantastic service! Not only did they listen to my current needs, but helped me make choices based on future plans with my current car. Very personalized and smooth service from start to finish and I can confidently say that I now have my own "shop" where I can take my car from here on out!
Customer service was excellent. I was in a bind and experienced a flat on my commute from work and was in need of a fix. This occurred around 5pm on a Thursday afternoon and I was able to walk right in and they were able to provide me a solution/fix. They were able to provide me with 2 new tires that they needed to get from their warehouse down the road. Within the hour, of them having to go get the tires themselves, balance and install them, I was back on the road. I would definitely recommend their service for any needs.
My husband came to get my tires done a few months ago and just would not stop talking about the great and affordable service. Today one of my tires went flat so I took it in and I was greeted immediately by Paul and even though he was with another customer, he took a minute to assure me that he would be right with me. Everyone was super friendly, helped me out right away and I have to say they all have best customer service I’ve ever experienced in Florida. The service was extremely affordable and quick, by the time I made myself a cup of the complimentary coffee and took a minute to sit and check my phone, they were done. I am very happy with my experience and I would definitely recommend this place. If I could give them 10 stars on google, I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
