  Melissa is a "one of a kind" personal trainer. She asked what I wanted to focus on and went on from that. I worked with her in a small group that used the TRX (didn't even know what it was, but it sure gave me the results that I wanted), bands, weights and the elliptical machine. I started out with 12 sessions and then did 12 more session because my whole body shape was changing. I am now doing 6 more sessions.
  Now on to why Melissa is such a great PT. She gave me tips on how to do things correctly and corrected me as I was doing the exercises in class. I don't think she has ever done the same class since I have been working with her. She changes equipment and types of exercises for each session. In fact, one day we did a whole class of exercises just using a noodle (not pasta). It was amazing. She compliments when me when I do things correctly which makes me want to "push my limits" so I stay motivated.
  What could be more important than a PT that makes things fun, teaches you how to do things correctly so you can continue on you own, if you have to and makes you feel and look like a new version of yourself.
  MELISSA IS THAT PERSON.

  Melissa always inspires me with challenging workouts. I have been working with her for a year now. I have never being constant with my workouts until I met Melissa. Thank you Melissa! I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

  I have been training with Melissa for more than three years. She's a great trainer. She's very reliable and professional. She keeps my workouts challenging, but always suitable to my needs. She does her best to accommodate my schedule. I would be happy to recommend her to someone.

  I am a professional offshore bower boat racer and had difficulty with swelling of my lower right leg. I was referred to Melissa through a friend to work with me and get better strength in my leg. Thanks to her and a combination of weight and stretching exercises my leg feels much better.

  Melissa is a great trainer. She is very knowledgeable. She knows what you need to look and feel better. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a personal trainer.
