  I purchased a couch 2 years ago. It was a new fabric that had the appearance of leather. After about a year it started peeling- called the warranty and they would not cover since peeling is not part of warranty. After 2 years almost entire couch was peeling and decided to go to lazy boy in Wellington Florida where we purchased couch. Store manager Connie was very helpful and reported to higher ups. Within a month we were able to get store credit and pick out a new couch. Would give 5 stars, however- 1) I believe we should have been called since couch fabric was discontinued due to the issue we had and 2) we had to pay more money to replace the our couch when we decided on the same style minus the chase with a different fabric- if the original didn’t fail we never would have had a change so we received less for more..
  The extra star is for Connie the store manager. She was the best to work with and went above and beyond to make sure my husband Chris and I were completely satisfied with our new selection.

  If you value decent furniture, look no further. Awesome experience, friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend. Great prices too.

  My husband and myself went to La-Z-Boy to just look at recliners- we purchased a recliner from La-Z-Boy and were very pleased with it-
  At the time all of our furniture was in storage as our place in Palm Beach was being redone.
  the moving company that moved and stored our furniture stole our furniture — The only item in our condo was our newly purchased recliner from La-Z-Boy!
  The police told us the furniture was probably gone and was sold!
  We went back to La-Z-Boy as we noticed they have some wonderful looking furniture-we ended up purchasing many thousands of dollars worth of lovely furniture for our condo that was redone we are extremely pleased with our purchases from La-Z-Boy and are very grateful to them for helping us to choose the furniture and rugs that that helped us

  I received an ad in the mail for Lazy Boy.
  They had sales on chair recliners. I went in on Black Friday. The sales representative was extremely nice and helpful.
  He helped me find a recliner that was half off.
  I was impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable he was.
  After I purchased the recliner, I decided to pick up the recliner instead of having it delivered.
  When I arrived at the Lazy Boy Warehouse I was met by a former Army Master Sergeant.
  He couldn’t have been nicer or more professional.
  As a veteran I appreciate companies that hire veterans.
  My overall experience was one of complete satisfaction. My recliner is more than I thought it would be, extremely comfortable.
  Every person I dealt with at Lazy Boy was friendly, helpful and professional.
  I would recommend Lazy Boy to anyone who appreciate a good experience when buying furniture.
