Very luck to find Dr Martinez, I just moved to area and she was recommend but she exceeded my expectations. She spent a good about of time discussing the results of my physical answered all my questions, offered some great advice and I never felt rushed. For the first time I've got a doc I like!
HELLER DOC/STAFF/ALL, We were just at his, DR. BRAD LIPSON's office the other day with an emergency appointment and were rushed right in as we always have been when need arose besides normal visitation and have NEVER experienced anything but excellence in care, proper diagnosis, treatments & meds with expedience and professionalism. We appreciate and are accustomed to top tier physicians and have worked in the medical field ourselves and would tolerate no less which sadly tends to occur too frequently these days. THANKS Dr. Lipson, Kevin is feeling better every day since our visit!!! He (and staff) are fast and to the point, does not leave you sitting/waiting in lobby or room, he's a funny guy with a ready smile and quick wit, YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!!!! THANKS nurse K, beautiful lady with gorgeous curls the other day, your attitude, care, kindness and thorough professionalism shine through!!! Also, remembered is E. at the front desk/Administration takes part and jumps in to assist throughout your visit, a true TEAM PLAYER not to mention a cutie patutie. They and ALL the other staff combine to form a warm, caring supportive environment environment that proudly demonstrates the best care our community has to offer and most practices could/should learn from!!! Remember a great Doctor is the start and rise or fall depending on the support team that surrounds them, these health providers are the total package. Take note, sub par, overextended poorly run offices with limited hours are not your only option, we have utilized COMPLETE FAMILY CARE here for many years. It can be difficult choosing & switching practices but remember, you are putting your life in their hands, DO NOT SETTLE or as many do in not realizing they chose or overstayed only AFTER bad happenstance. This practice will fit you in as emergencies come up and also have extended hours of operation, these people actually truly care about their patients, the critical differentiation. Staff were all very courteous and professional. Dr. Lipson was very polite, had good humor (considering the reason I went to see him), and I walked out feeling at ease. I feel like this establishment is in my corner and will help me through what's going on right now.
