She and her staff take the time to explain what is going on with my animals and the suggested course of action, then they follow up. I have referred many neighbors who love Dr Karen and her team. I can't say enough about her kindness and respect for our animals not like the big Chain VCA who wants to just bill and bill for part of big Vet corp America who we left and have now found are forever Vet in Dr. Karen and South Shore Animal Hospital.

(October 30, 2018, 10:41 pm)Dr Forbes is truly a caring and extremely competent vet. Her dedication to her patients is nothing short of amazing. I called her office earlier this evening in hopes that she would be in the office and able to see our miniature Australian Shepherd, who seemed to be in significant pain with an ear infection. Within 5 minutes of calling, I was told that although she had left for the evening, she was on her way back to see our dog. What I found most impressive was the fact that the due date for her 2nd child is one week from today. As tired as I'm sure she was after a long day of work, she still placed her patient's needs first. Thank you, Dr Forbes.
