    Nice small part. Great covered area if you wanted to have a function. Pretty new playground (no swings) rated for ages 2 to 5. Little trail to take a quick run with exercise stations along the way and it does have a port-a-potty trailer that is kept pretty clean.

    Clean, quiet and usually vacant. Portable toilets is the only issue.
