I had looked at 4 companies and Tim's was a name given to me by my neighbor. He said he did great work at reasonable prices. After getting quotes and speaking to the 4 companies, Tim was the most reasonable and his approach and demeanor was really great. 5 ton Rheem installed and just as Tim said is quite and is very efficient. On top of which Tim was very honest with me, since i had a UV light that no longer worked. I asked him for a price to replace and he asked if we had any allergies and when i said no, he told me not to waste my money, i didnt need a UV light.

Tim runs the best AC installation/maintenance company around. He has serviced my units for 4 years and has always provided top-notch work at reasonable prices. He came out today on July 4th to diagnose and repair a capacitor issue, and even helped me out a couple of years ago the day before Thanksgiving to deal with a leak.
